Legendary Foods is located at Kumasi and produces palm larvae to serve as protein source using sustainable agro techniques. They use agro waste to cultivate the palm larvae. The company also manufactures products such as shitor and biscuits from the palm larvae. They have a staff strength of 70 employees. Insects are far more resource efficient than traditional livestock farming making them better source of protein for the planet.
