Standard Chartered Bank’s Women in Technology *(WIT) Program is of the bank’s global corporate social investment programs to transform the lives and communities of people across their markets by unleashing the financial potential of women and small businesses.  Through business incubation services, the program seeks to inspire the next generation of leaders to pursue their ambitions sets the stage for innovation and progression in the decades to come.  In October 2020, Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Ltd contracted Ashesi University’s Ghana CIC to manage its national WIT start-up incubator in Ghana.  The incubator provides business mentorship, skills development programmes, tools and inspiration for women entrepreneurs to realise their dreams of delivering social and innovation impacts using technology
