Eazz Foods is a food processing company that adds value to eggs by processing egg and egg shells into powder forms to feed the bakery and animal feed processing industries. Their innovation offsets food loss in the poultry industry through breakage of eggs during transportation. Transportation of eggs and egg shells in powdered forms saves transportation cost and eventually reduce carbon emissions through bulk transportation (powdered form) instead of raw state. To improve on the quality of egg and egg shell powder, firm intends to further improve upon the product quality through acquisition and use of required machinery (dryers and trays), lab analysis and branding. Being with GCIC incubator programme, the enterprise will be supported to the aforementioned mechanisation efforts.
