Nsoroma Farms Limited is an Agribusiness Company focused on producing, processing and distributing well packaged healthy catfish, snail, pig and poultry products which are accessible all year round. Their vision is to be the leading producer and exporter of high quality, healthy, wholesome and well packaged protein foods in Africa. With a farm located at Mensaman-Okobeyiye, off the Nsawam–Aburi Road in the Eastern region they produce packaged fresh and spiced pork, fresh and smoked catfish, fresh and spiced snails, and poultry products. In 2018, they were adjudged the Best Fish Farmer for the Nsawam-Adoagyiri Municipality and their aim is to be a 100% Agric Smart farm, protecting the environment by converting Agro-waste from their fish ponds and animal waste from our piggery, poultry and snail farms into useful forms which will feed back into our production cycle benefiting both crops and animals.

Lawrence Bampoe is the Chief Executive Officer of Nsoroma Farms Ltd. and he is a Tony Elumelu Foundation 2018 Fellow. He worked for Ghana AIDS Commission and Institute for Democratic Governance for almost seven years, where he was involved in community engagement activities, managing programs and the implementation of development work plans. His vision for Agribusiness is to promote the economic development of rural communities, harness the strength of these communities in empowering its citizens and primarily to provide jobs for the youth especially young women in the Agribusiness value-chain, this will empower rural citizens, generate a sustainable income for their families and also reduce teenage pregnancy.
