Debbie Ajei‐Godson has founded agribusiness ventures in the last 5 years that address key challenges within the agricultural value chain in West Africa. She played key roles in securing funding and provided leadership for the pilot phase of these projects. Her core competencies include setting direction for the company, creating alignment with business stakeholders towards the organization’s purpose, and eliciting commitment from the team. Currently, she is the Founder and CEO of Farminista Africa, championing support for rural female farmers across Ghana. With a background in computer science and an MBA, she seeks to use technology and business to create unique, high‐quality, and easily accessible products and services for the poor.
