Sondo is a passionate and social impact driven sustainability professional with over 14 years of experience in managing environmental impacts and integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Factors in traditional business environments. He is an executive Sustainable Business & Management Consulting professional and trained Environmental Scientist. He holds a BSc in Environmental and Resource Management from the Brandenburg University of Science & Technology in Germany, and an MSc (with Distinction) from the Oxford Brookes University in the UK in Environmental Assessment & Management.
Chaint Afrique GH Ltd is a Change, Innovation and Transformation Hub that specializes in simplifying environmental, social and governance factors (ESG) for organisations, ensuring that they focus on material issues to innovate and achieve maximum returns from their sustainability investments. Our flagship initiative EcoRewards-Africa seeks to pioneer a circular economic platform that rewards positive actions across households, communities and businesses. Our main goal is to successfully mainstream ESG across businesses in Ghana and eventually Africa, by connecting value chains, with the aim of accelerating sustainable consumption in a circular economic approach.
We will start in the Waste Management Sector where we see the need for a paradigm shift in consumption patterns, and the need for alternative choices that will promote sound, healthy and sustainable lifestyles. We will leverage mobile app technology on our EcoRewards.Africa platform (a blockchain enabled platform), to connect the value chain within the waste sector across households, communities, waste service providers, local districts and authorities and businesses.
